Under the Contrat d’intégration au travail (CIT, employment integration contract), an employer may hire you, obtain a wage subsidy and receive financial assistance for adapting a workplace to your needs.
Who is eligible for a Contrat d’intégration au travail?
Any person who has a permanent disability resulting in significant limitations on their ability to perform everyday activities and who is able to work between 12 and 40 hours a week with the necessary support.

A Contrat d’intégration au travail provides for the services of an expert in assessing your needs and for assistance to help you find employment. Your employer may be reimbursed for certain expenses incurred in helping you to find and keep a job.
