Exceptional measures are being taken in service centres within the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. Services Québec offices and local employment centres (CLEs) will now be closed over lunch hour and some services will be temporarily unavailable or will be grouped at certain service points.
Services available at service points
Services may vary from one Services Québec office or local employment centre (CLE) to another. We recommend that you find out which services you can access before going to an office or a CLE.
In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, some services have been grouped in certain service centres only, while others are temporarily unavailable.
The following services were normally available prior to the pandemic:
- Self-service computer stations
- Information about government programs and services
- Help with administrative steps involving departments and agencies
- Social solidarity services
- Employment assistance services
- Business support services
