Job description

These individuals coordinate administrative procedures and activities related to public relations, research, and analysis. They work for:

  • Parliament members
  • Ministers
  • Deputy ministers
  • Officers
  • Executives
  • Committees
  • Boards of Directors

Main tasks

  • Establish and coordinate administrative policies and procedures.
  • Analyze memoranda, briefs, and reports received and to be sent.
  • Prepare and present presentations and reports.
  • Schedule committee and board meetings.
  • Conduct research and compile data.
  • Meet with individuals or groups on behalf of management, committees, and boards of directors.
  • Liaise between senior managers of departments or companies and other organizations or associations.
