- Prepare and administer contracts for real estate services (maintenance, security, alarm systems, etc.).

- Coordinate repair, maintenance, and renovation work.
- Monitor the progress and costs of the work.
- Compile and maintain records of operating costs and revenues.
- Inspect apartments to check if they conform to market value.
- Respond to customer or tenant claims.
- Manage deposits in case of damage.
