Job description

These individuals supervise activities related to administration (analysis of operations, acquisition of supplies and services, etc.). This group includes administrative officers who are supervisors.

Environment

Main tasks

  • Supervise office procedures and records management staff.
  • Evaluate and implement new work methods.
  • Prioritize tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Apply policies and practices on the disclosure of records according to applicable laws.
  • Coordinate and plan administrative services (work assignment, needs assessment, maintenance, security, etc.).
  • Analyze, prepare, and manage the budget and contracts.
  • Plan projects.
  • Control stocks.
  • Compile data.
  • Write letters, manuals, and reports.
