Job description
These individuals carry out administrative tasks to support managers and professionals.
Environment
- Controlled ambient temperature
Main tasks
- Write, edit, and proofread documents (correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, reports).
- Open and distribute mail and other documents received.
- Coordinate the flow of information internally and with other departments and agencies.
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
- Greet visitors, determine the purpose of their visit, and direct them to the appropriate person.
- Order and maintain office supply inventory.
- Answer the phone and emails.
- Establish and maintain filing systems for information files.
- Keep minutes of meetings.
- Organize travel and make necessary reservations.
