Job description
These individuals perform secretarial and administrative tasks in a medical environment.
Environment

Main tasks
- Make and confirm appointments with doctors.
- Transmit messages to medical staff and patients.
- Enter and format documents (medical reports, electronic correspondence, spreadsheets, etc.).
- Interview patients in order to complete their records.
- Fill out forms for the payment of insurance and claims.
- Keep medical records and documents and ensure their confidentiality.
- Prepare meetings and take and distribute minutes.
- Prepare financial statements and invoices.
- Order supplies and maintain inventory.
- Establish and enforce office routines and procedures.
