Job description
These individuals calculate, prepare, and process invoices, accounts, and budgets. They also maintain other financial records according to established procedures.
Environment

Main tasks
- Calculate data as well as prepare and distribute documents associated with the accounts.
- Code, total, batch, record, verify, and reconcile transactions.
- Compile budget data and documents.
- Prepare statements, cost reports, or periodicals.
- Calculate material costs, overhead, and other expenses.
- Respond to requests for information, maintain good relations with customers, and solve problems.
- Perform word processing, record keeping, and filing.
- Send and photocopy documents.
