These individuals act as intermediaries in the sale or purchase of properties (houses, apartments, land, etc.). They mainly work for real estate agencies.

Main tasks
- Solicit sales mandates from potential sellers.
- Help clients sell their property and set the asking price.
- Advertise the property and list it in promotional catalogues.
- Lead open houses for potential buyers.
- Help prospective buyers select, visit, inspect, and make offers to purchase.
- Study comparable properties in the same area.
- Inform clients on various issues (market conditions, mortgages, legal aspects, etc.).
- Prepare deeds of sale and submit them to buyers and sellers for approval.
- Rent properties on behalf of their clients, as required.
- Collaborate with other brokers.
Advancement and mobility
