Accommodation and Tourism Services Supervisors
Job description
These individuals coordinate the activities of staff in accommodation, travel, and tourism services (hotel receptionists, casino staff, etc.). They are employed in public and private service establishments such as hotels, travel agencies, tourist resorts, etc.

Main tasks
- Coordinate, assign, and supervise staff work.
- Establish work schedules and work methods.
- Coordinate activities with other work or service units.
- Resolve problems and draft reports.
- Recruit and train staff.
- Order supplies and equipment.
- Ensure the proper operation, maintenance, and repair of computers, equipment, and machinery.
- Perform duties normally carried out by supervised personnel, as required.
Advancement and mobility
- Experience or additional training can lead to management positions.
