These individuals mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. This group includes supervisors.

Main tasks
- Take orders from customers or transmitted by staff.
- Mix various ingredients (alcohol, soft drinks, juices, etc.) with reference to a recipe.
- Prepare and serve mixed drinks, wine, beer, and spirits.
- Collect payments and record sales.
- Maintain inventory.
- Order ingredients and supplies.
- Clean counters and wash glasses.
- Ensure compliance with applicable alcohol laws.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff, as required.
