Job description

These individuals mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. This group includes supervisors.

Environment

Main tasks

  • Take orders from customers or transmitted by staff.
  • Mix various ingredients (alcohol, soft drinks, juices, etc.) with reference to a recipe.
  • Prepare and serve mixed drinks, wine, beer, and spirits.
  • Collect payments and record sales.
  • Maintain inventory.
  • Order ingredients and supplies.
  • Clean counters and wash glasses.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable alcohol laws.
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff, as required.
