Job description
These individuals provide information and advice on various destinations. Their goal is to sell them travel services that meet their needs and expectations. They inform them about possible itineraries and packages. They work in

Main tasks
- Welcome clients, open a file for them, and establish their consumer profile.
- Provide information on destination locations, tourist attractions, foreign currency, local customs and languages, modes of transportation, accommodation, and travel costs.
- Plan and organize itineraries for individuals or groups.
- Make reservations.
- Sell tickets and package tours.
- Promote specific destinations, package tours, and other services.
- Keep up to date with new information and brochures (destinations, hotels, facilities, etc.).
- Give dvice on various topics (tourist attractions, foreign currency, customs, languages, safety, etc.).
- Performs administrative tasks (fill out reports and insurance forms, complete and submit documents and follow up on files, etc.).
- Solicit potential clients.
