Job description
These individuals supervise and coordinate the activities of the printing production staff (press, binding, finishing, etc.).

Main tasks
- Supervise, coordinate, and plan printing staff activities.
- Establish work methods to meet deadlines and coordinate work with other sections.
- Order materials and supplies.
- Solve work-related and technical problems and recommend measures to increase productivity.
- Manage staff and ensure their training.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.
- Drafts reports.
- Verify and approve proofs to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adjust machinery or equipment as required.
