Online services are available. They give you access to notices of decision or information regarding your application. You can also configure your account to receive email alerts when a message from the Ministère is delivered.
Certain supporting documents must be attached to your application for the benefit, such as a report attesting to the unsanitary condition of the dwelling or a medical report in the case of a move for health reasons.
Once you have completed the form Application for payment of moving expenses (SR-0113) (PDF 78 Kb) and attached the required supporting documents, you can drop it off or mail it to your Services Québec office or your local employment centre (CLE) .
