Consent for the utilisation of an image or voice of a person represented by the Curateur public

Prior to airing a news story, an interview or writing an article involving a person represented by the Curateur public, a request concerning the utilisation of the voice or image of the person must be submitted to the Curateur public. To do so, media representatives must complete the form Demande de consentement à la captation et l’utilisation de l’image ou de la voix (PDF 572 Kb)  and send it to medias@curateur.gouv.qc.ca.
