Declaration of services to the public
The Curateur public’s actions are guided by the following values: respect, empathy, transparency and service quality. It responds to your requests for information within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with its Declaration of services to the public (PDF 790 Kb).
Curateur public Service Fees
The Regulation respecting the application of the Public Curator Act sets out the fees that the Curateur public can charge for services related to the representation of persons and the administration of their property. However, low-income individuals may be exempt from paying fees. Moreover, the Curateur public’s oversight of the administration of private tutorships is free of charge.
