The 2030 Plan for a Green Economy guides the government’s action to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and adapt to climate change over the course of this decade.

To remain among the best, we need to pursue climate actions to further reduce Québec’s GHG emissions while at the same time transforming society and the economy. It is by fighting climate change that we will succeed in building a green and prosperous Québec.
