If you need someone to help you with your daily activities
If you need help with your daily activities (for example, help with eating, going to the toilet, getting around the house, etc.), ideally, it would always be the same person helping you. This person should be aged 70 or younger, in good health and not have a chronic illness, such as a heart or respiratory disease, renal failure, diabetes, severe obesity (BMI > 40), a compromised immune system or be undergoing cancer treatment. Ideally, this person should also be adequately protected.
When another person is in the same room as you and less than 2 metres away, you must wear a mask or face covering that covers the nose and the mouth.
