Complaint regarding food safety or food poisoning

When to file a complaint

Don’t hesitate to submit a complaint if:

  • You believe that a food establishment is not following health and safety regulations
  • You have found a foreign body in a food item
  • You felt ill after eating a food item in a restaurant

All complaints are handled confidentially.

Some reports may lead to an inspection and, if consumer protection is involved, to penalties.
