• You believe that a food establishment is not following health and safety regulations.
• You have found a foreign body in a food item.
• You felt ill after eating a food item in a restaurant.

Some complaints may lead to an inspection and, if consumer protection is involved, to penalties.

For a complaint or report to be admissible, you must have observed the situation yourself and be able to say exactly where it occurred. Give as many details as possible.
