After submitting your financial assistance application

After you submit your financial assistance application, you will receive a message in your Arrima account:

1. If your application is complete, you will receive a message confirming whether or not you are eligible for financial assistance.
2. If your application is not complete, you will receive a message asking you to provide the missing documents.

Course participation

Attendance at your courses or internship is compulsory. To continue to be eligible for financial assistance, you must:

• Actively participate in your courses
• Comply with the rules of the educational institution
• Report absences or any other change in your situation to the Ministère

You may lose access to financial assistance if:

• You have five or more unjustified absences in the same month
• You exhibit behaviours that interfere with your learning or that are contrary to the key values of Québec
• You do not report your absences to the Ministère
