This section is for service providers, organizations and professionals and people who contacted by assistants to obtain or send information on behalf of an assisted person.
If you are a citizen looking for general information on the assistance measure, visit the Assistance measure section on the website.
Assistants recognized by the Curateur public are officially registered in the Public register of assistants.
This register allows you, as a third party, to verify the identity of any assistant when they contact you to obtain information on behalf of the assisted person or to inform you of their decisions.
Access the Public register of assistants
To view the Public register of assistants, you will need the first and last name of the assistant and the measure number that the assistant will give you.
The assistant may also provide you with a security code, which will allow you to find out the first and last name of the assisted person.
Consulting the Public register of assistants is the only way to verify if an assistant is registered and if their recognition is still valid. They are recognized for a maximum of 3 years.
