QUÉBEC CITY, Aug. 20, 2021 /CNW Telbec/ - The most recent data on the evolution of COVID-19, in the last 24 hours, in Québec show:
- 527 new cases, bringing the total number of people infected to 383,718;
- 368,938 people have recovered;
- 2 new deaths, for a total of 11,279 deaths;
- 2 deaths before august 19;
- 87 hospitalizations, for a decrease of 4;
- 30 people in intensive care, for an increase of 3;
- 20,653 samples conducted on August 18.
Vaccination
- 41,221 doses administered are added, that is 40,206 doses in the last 24 hours and 1,015 doses before August 19, for a total of 11,985,074 doses administered in Québec. Outside Québec, a total of 57,014 doses were administered, for a cumulative total of 12,044,336 doses received by Quebecers.
