- 511 new cases, bringing the total number of people infected to 424,802;
- 1 new death, for a total of 11,491 deaths;
- 250 hospitalizations, for a decrease of 4 compared to the previous day;
- 20 new entries,
- 24 new discharges;
- 68 people in intensive care, for an increase of 1 compared to the previous day;
- 7 new entries,
- 6 new discharges;
- 29,452 samples conducted on October 27.
Vaccination
- 13,844 doses administered are added, that is 12,641 doses in the last 24 hours and 1 203 doses before October 28, for a total of 13,223,559 doses administered in Québec. Outside Québec, a total of 216,656 doses were administered, for a cumulative total of 13,440,215 doses received by Quebecers.
