QUEBEC CITY, April 27, 2018 /CNW Telbec/ - Société des traversiers du Québec wishes to advise its customers that the MV Ivan-Quinn will be undergoing annual scheduled maintenance from May 6–27, 2018. During this time, maritime passenger transportation service will be ensured by the MV Béatrice Hubert. Sailings will depart from the wharves at the Cap-aux-Meules and Entry Island marinas respectively.

For safety reasons, only light goods may be transported aboard. Construction materials and any other bulky or heavy loads will not be permitted aboard the MV Béatrice Hubert. Residents are therefore advised to transport any such materials by Saturday, May 5 before the MV Ivan Quinn is temporarily taken out of service. The goods delivery and pickup schedule will be published at a later time.

Sailings will be operated by Excursions en mer inc. according to the following schedule.

 

Monday to Saturday

Departure from Cap-aux-Meules

Departure from Entry Island

7:30 a.m.

9:00 a.m.



3:00 p.m.

4:30 p.m.

 

Fares will be the same as usual aboard the MV Ivan-Quinn and will be payable directly on board the MV Béatrice Hubert.
