QUÉBEC, May 1, 2018 /CNW Telbec/ - Québec will host the 9th Regional Leaders Summit, bringing together Bavaria, Western Cape, Georgia, Upper Austria, São Paulo and Shandong, from May 16 to 18 in Québec City.
