This program provides a lump-sum payment covering, in full or in part, the cost of appliances and supplies for persons having undergone a permanent or temporary ostomy (colostomy, ileostomy or urostomy. The program allows for an annual lump-sum payment for the purchase of appliances and supplies (bags and other products) and their replacement.
