Residential and long-term care centres (CHSLDs) will gradually be rebuilt as senior housing to improve their functionality, safety, comfort, ambiance, and the prevention and control of infection. This will also give current and future residents living environments that are better adapted to their needs, giving them an environment as homelike as possible.
