In order for your complaint or report to be admissible, you must have witnessed the situation yourself and be able to say exactly where it occurred. Please include as many details as possible.   

If the reported situation contravenes applicable laws or regulations, your initiative may lead to an inspection. Offenders face fines under the law and, in some cases, the seizure of animals.

Veterinarians and agronomists  

Veterinarians and agronomists are required to report animal abuse or mistreatment.
