Duplicate of Diploma of College Studies
You can obtain an official copy (duplicate) of your Diploma of College Studies (DCS) free of charge. This document is available in paper format only. However, you can obtain a Certification of DCS awarded in digital format.
If you are a graduate of an English-language college, or if you expect to use the copy of your DCS in a non-francophone country, you can obtain a bilingual version at no charge. You just have to specify it in your request.
You are allowed only one copy. Keep the original in a safe place and do not give anyone else a copy. However, you can give a third party such as an employer a Certification of DCS awarded, in paper or digital format.
When applying for admission to a university located in Québec, you do not need to provide a copy of your diploma or a certification of DCS awarded.
