The Online Academic Record (OAR) contains all the information held by the Ministère de l’Éducation regarding your academic results, whether in general education in the youth sector, adult general education or vocational training.
Two login options
Government Authentication Service
This service replaces the Ministère de l’Éducation’s login service and gives you access to the new version of the OAR.
If you already have an account that allows you to access various online government services, use it to log in.
If you do not have one, you can create an account from the OAR login page.

Login service of the Ministère de l’Éducation
This service will be replaced by the Government Authentication Service on September 1, 2026, and gives you access to the previous version of the OAR only.
Only a current or former student is authorized to access their online academic record.
Features
The OAR allows you to:
view your academic record held by the Ministère de l’Éducation
submit a request for a review of the result of a ministerial examination in general education in the youth sector, provided your circumstances meet the eligibility criteria
The option to request printed copies of diplomas and transcripts issued by the Ministère will soon be available in the new version of the OAR.
