Accessing Your Online File (Québec Parental Insurance Plan)

Access your online Québec Parental Insurance Plan (QPIP) account to apply for benefits, consult and make changes to your file. You can also access your information and documents easily, at any time. 

Access the Québec Parental Insurance Plan (QPIP) online services securely through the Government Authentication Service.

You do not need to create a new Government Authentication Service account if you already have one to access other online services of the Gouvernement du Québec.
