A special moving benefit may be granted to a recipient of social assistance or social solidarity for a reason of health, sanitation or separation between spouses, up to a maximum of $200.
Before you apply, you must obtain authorization from a Services Québec office .
Certain supporting documents must be attached to your application for the benefit, such as a report attesting to the unsanitary condition of the dwelling or a medical report in the case of a move for health reasons.
Once you have completed the form Application for payment of moving expenses (SR-0113A) (PDF 78 Kb) and attached the required supporting documents, you can drop it off or mail it to your Services Québec office .
