On August 30, Isabelle Dessureault was appointed Québec's delegate to Atlanta, effective September 1, 2023. She was also appointed Acting Director of the Quebec office in Miami on June 22, 2022.

At the same time, she will be continuing the work begun with Florida in the recent months, as well as representing Québec throughout the Southeastern United States (seven states and two territories).

Ms. Dessureault has over 25 years of experience in marketing and public affairs. Prior to her appointment in Barcelona, she held the position of international mentor at Zone Startups India. From 2015 to 2018, she was senior vice-president, chief strategy and innovation officer and vice-president of marketing, sales and public affairs for the Réseau Sélection real estate group.

From 2005 to 2014, she was director general of communications, head of the vice-presidency for public affairs and content exploitation and president of MAtv and Vox at Videotron and Quebecor Media. From 1999 to 2005, she was a partner and vice-president of the retail network sector at National, Canada’s largest public relations firm.

Ms. Dessureault holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Université du Québec à Montréal and a master’s degree in business administration from Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business. She also obtained certification in international business at the Hogeschool van Amsterdam (Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences).
