Québec at Showcase Scotland & Celtic Connections 2026

Québec will be the Spotlight Nation at Showcase Scotland 2026. This professional programme is part of Celtic Connections, a major folk, trad and acoustic music festival open to the public. Every year, Showcase Scotland welcomes a guest nation as international partner. Over 180 international delegates travel to Glasgow to attend performances, discover the emerging talents of the Spotlight Nation and attend the trade fair as well as various networking activities.

The event will take place from 21-25 January 2026 in Glasgow, Scotland. A showcase featuring six Québec groups will be presented in partnership with Folquébec and the Centre des Musiciens du Monde.

On behalf of all the partners involved, we look forward to introducing you to the talents of the showcasing artists!
