Anne-Catherine is a seasoned government relations professional with a distinguished career in international diplomacy, economic development, and public affairs. As the Acting Delegate of Québec in Los Angeles, she spearheads strategic initiatives across seven states to advance Québec’s interests and priorities in the Western United States.
With a keen ability to cultivate high-impact, mutually beneficial partnerships, Anne-Catherine has successfully influenced policy discussions, facilitated bilateral agreements, orchestrated high-level diplomatic missions, and developed fruitful economic cross-border collaborations.
Prior to her role in government, Anne-Catherine honed her skills in public engagement and event management at institutions such as the University of Washington Alumni Association and Harvard Business School, where she organized large-scale conferences, alumni events, and fundraising initiatives. She also brings a background in finance and public relations, having worked in business development at the Business Development Bank of Canada in Montréal and as a PR specialist in Los Angeles.
Fluent in English and French, Anne-Catherine holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University, a Certificate in Journalism from Université de Montréal, and specialized training in diplomacy and international relations. Passionate about global affairs, she is a dynamic advocate for strengthening economic and political ties between Québec and the United States.
