Catherine Tadros was appointed Québec’s Delegate in Singapore on June 3, 2024. In this capacity, she represents the Québec government in Southeast Asia.

Ms. Tadros has more than 20 years experience in economic development and Canadian and international relations through her various roles within the Québec public service.

From 2018 to 2024, she headed the Québec Office in Toronto and its two branch offices in Calgary and Vancouver. During her tenure, she worked to develop interprovincial ties in trade, politics, culture, and the Canadian Francophonie.

Ms. Tadros previously worked at the Québec Government Office in Chicago as Director of Economic Affairs, supporting Québec companies seeking to export to markets in the U.S. Midwest.

Ms. Tadros began her career in the public sector at the Ministère de l'Économie et de l'Innovation du Québec. She contributed to the implementation of various initiatives for the government, including the opening of the Québec Government Office in Mumbai in 2008 and the development of the South Asian market.

Ms. Tadros has been involved in numerous organizations and has sat on several boards of directors since the beginning of her career, including the Office Québec-Monde pour la jeunesse (OQMJ), the Canada-US Business Council Chicago, the Great Lakes Manufacturers Council, Santropol Roulant and Capital Équitable.

Ms. Tadros holds a bachelor's degree in international relations from the College of Wooster in the United States and a master's degree in international management from HEC Montréal. She also studied at the University of Aberdeen in Scotland.
