To apply for permanent selection in the Regular Skilled Worker Program, you must first submit an expression of interest in Arrima. You can then fill out and submit a permanent selection application only if you receive an invitation to do so.
You can:
- Submit a permanent selection application after having received an invitation to do so;
- Track the status of your Quebec selection or permanent selection certificate application;
- Update your application;
- Make a payment online.
You must use a computer to access the permanent selection application form. You cannot use a tablet or a cell phone.
You will automatically be taken to a virtual waiting room. You will see your position in the queue and the number of people ahead of you.
The processing of applications submitted before August 2, 2018 ended with the assent of the Act to increase Québec's socio-economic prosperity and adequately meet labour market needs through successful immigrant integration.
Information concerning the reimbursement of these requests has been communicated to the persons concerned.
