Application process for permanent selection under the Programme de sélection des travailleurs qualifiés (Skilled Worker Selection Program)

Application process:

• Stream 1. Highly qualified and specialized skills;
• Stream 2. Intermediate and manual skills;
• Stream 3. In one of the following options:  
  • PSTQ Regulated professions for invited individuals who have obtained proof of recognition of their skills from the regulatory authority that governs their occupation in Québec,
  • PSTQ Regulated professions for invited individuals who have not obtained proof of recognition of their skills from the regulatory authority that governs their occupation in Québec.
• Stream 4. Exceptional talent.
