The Curateur public du Québec’s 2026–2030 strategic plan was tabled in the National Assembly on March 24.

The plan outlines the organization’s orientations, priorities, and objectives for the coming years.

Specifically, it aims to better meet the needs of represented persons and their families, amid a constantly evolving landscape, in close collaboration with loved ones and the Curateur public’s partners.

Our mission

The Curateur public represents incapable persons, looks after their well-being, and manages their patrimony, while taking into account their wishes and preferences. It also supports the people close to them who are acting as their representatives or assistants. It carries out its mission in close collaboration with its partners.

  • Provide quality services for represented or assisted persons and their loved ones.
