Some fifteen Québec companies, research centres and ports were in Belgium and the Netherlands from 18 to 22 November as part of a trade and scientific mission in the maritime sector, organised jointly by Investissement Québec International, the Ministère des Relations internationales and the Délégation Générale du Québec à Bruxelles.
