The Québec population can now view the new version of the Curateur public's Statement of services to citizens. This publication, which all departments and agencies providing direct services to citizens are required to produce, contains the organization's public commitments regarding the services provided and the quality of those services.
The Curateur public has set targets for each commitment, taking into account the needs of citizens, its internal realities and its desire to set an example in the delivery of services, thus meeting the new requirements of the Secrétariat du Conseil du trésor.
Through the Annual Management Report, the Curateur public reports annually on its commitment results.
