From 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.A time slot from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. is reserved for making appointments for vaccination and screening only.
Saturdays and Sundays
From 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (appointments for vaccination and screening only)
Calls received on weekends and from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on weekdays are handled by agents from the regional call centers of the health and social services network.

Service québécois de changement d'adresse
The Service Québécois de changement d’adresse, or SQCA (change of address service) enables you to advise the seven following ministries and organizations of an address change in a single step:
- Commission des normes, de l'équité, de la santé et de la sécurité du travail;
- Revenu Québec;
- Régie de l'assurance maladie du Québec;
- Société de l'assurance automobile du Québec;
- Ministère du Travail, de l'Emploi et de la Solidarité sociale;
- Retraite Québec;
- Élections Québec.
