Transfer and delegation of mining titles

The holder of mining titles may transfer or delegate mining titles upon request.

To transfer mining titles to an individual or business, the holder must complete the following form in PDF or Word format.

The form must be accompanied by a resolution from the board of directors of the company that transfers its rights.

In addition, the holder must pay the registration fee.

Mining title management delegation allows a holder of mining titles to grant another person the authority to represent them in the course of their business.

To delegate the management of mining titles to a person, the holder must complete the following form in PDF or Word format.
