Guidelines for exploration on land reserved to the State
The minister responsible for mines may allow mining companies to carry out exploration work on specified territories, called land reserved to the State, under certain conditions.
Any company wishing to carry out mining exploration activities on land reserved to the State will have to comply with certain rules in order to minimize the impact on the environment. In addition, all applications must be submitted through GESTIM.
