Applying for admission to online French courses with in-person support for immigrants living in Québec

You can apply for an online French courses with in-person support (deferred distance learning) in an adult education centre anywhere in Québec.

Admission process

  1. Consult the list of adult education centres that offer deferred distance learning (PDF 161 Kb).
  2. Contact the educational institution of your choice directly to apply. A contact person will help you with the process.

If you have never studied in Québec, you must provide:

  • An official photo ID (health insurance card);
  • Your birth certificate.

If you have studied in Québec, you must provide the following 2 documents:

  • An official photo ID (health insurance card);
  • An official document indicating your permanent code (transcript or record of learning).

The training centre will tell you what other documents may be required, depending on your situation (whether or not you studied in Québec).

You will know the start date of the courses after you register.
