The reception of the documents must take into account postal delays as well as a period of mail processing.  Then, the documents you have sent are scanned and put in your file.

Availability of digitally uploaded documents in file

Digital documents that you upload to your online file are immediately received by AFE. They can be viewed in your online file several days later.

For example, if you upload a digital document on August 15, it will be accessible around August 20.

Processing of applications for financial assistance received on

We only process applications for financial assistance that are complete, meaning when we have received both the form and all required documentation. Incomplete applications will be deemed received on the date of receipt of the missing paperwork.

For example, we received your application for financial assistance on July 10 but the missing documentation was received on August 14. If we processed received applications on August 8, your application would not have been processed at that time because it is deemed part of the August 14 batch.
