Accessing My Account for Employment Assistance Programs
You can access the My Account — Employment Assistance – Social Assistance online service to view information related to your employment assistance program.
Accessing the online service
A Government Authentication Service account is required to access My Account. If you already have an account for other Gouvernement du Québec online services, you do not need to create a new one.
If you have already registered for My Account, you can access it directly.
Service in English is reserved for individuals covered by the exceptions stipulated in the Charter of the French language. If you have navigated to this content, you confirm in good faith that you are such an individual.
Eligibility requirements for using the service
You may use the My Account — Employment Assistance – Social Assistance service if you are in one of the following situations:
You have a file with the Ministère de l’Emploi et de la Solidarité sociale and are receiving benefits under one of the following programs, measures or services:
Job Readiness measure
Social Assistance and Support Program – Action
Aim for Employment Program
Employment Integration Program for Immigrants and Visible Minorities (PRIIME)
Social Assistance and Support Program – Réussir
Employment Assistance Services measure
Employment Assistance Services for Persons With Disabilities
Assistance Services for seasonal workers
You have a file with the Ministère de l’Emploi et de la Solidarité sociale and you must repay an amount to the Ministère.
You do not have a file with the Ministère, but would like to apply for one of these programs, measures or services.

The My Account — Employment Assistance – Social Assistance online service is safe and allows you to:
apply for employment assistance services
get information about your payments
submit documents online
receive notifications about new communications or important dates
view communications from your officer or the Ministère
make a repayment
register for direct deposit
access information about your employment assistance activities
Registering for direct deposit
Direct deposit is a fast and easy way to receive the amounts to which you are entitled directly in your bank account.
By registering for direct deposit, you:
receive the amounts directly in your bank account on fixed dates
have immediate access to the deposited amounts
avoid delays caused by holidays, postal slowdowns or lost cheques
save time by avoiding unnecessary visits to the bank
To register for direct deposit, check the ‟Registration” box on the form. If you are already registered for direct deposit and wish to change your banking information, check the ‟Change of account” box.
