Each job seeker has well-defined criteria when looking for a job. The online employment website Québec Emploi allows you to consult the job offers that interest you, based on criteria such as:

To use all of the Québec Emploi features and apply for a job offer, you must create a candidate profile.

Your personal information will be secure throughout your process.

No information about your use of Québec Emploi is linked to a file that you have with the Ministère de l’Emploi et de la Solidarité sociale or any other ministry or agency.

Create your file in two steps:

If you do not already have a Government Authentication Service account, you must create one as a new user. You will create your user code in this step.
Use your Government Authentication Service user code to log in and create your candidate profile.

Get noticed by employers

Your candidate profile can be presented in priority to businesses that have posted job offers that match to your skills and criteria.

To do this, you just need to make your profile visible by checking the box at the bottom of the My Profile ─ Personal Information section.

How to apply for a job in the public service

Québec government jobs are posted on the Recrutement en ligne site, where you can consult the job offers in the various ministries and agencies.

If you are a student, student jobs in the public service (in French only) are also posted on this site. To apply for an internship in the public service (in French only), you must contact the placement service of your educational institution or the person in charge of internships in your study program.
