These individuals supervise and coordinate personnel who manufacture electronic parts, components, and systems. They also supervise and coordinate personnel who manufacture electrical appliances (electrical components, household appliances, motors, industrial equipment, etc.). They work for electrical appliance and electronics manufacturers.

Main tasks

  • Supervise, assign, and coordinate the activities of labourers who manufacture electronic parts, components, and systems. *Supervise, coordinate, and plan the activities of personnel who manufacture electrical appliances.
  • Establish work methods to meet deadlines and coordinate work with other sections.
  • Order equipment and supplies.
  • Resolve work-related problems and recommend measures to increase productivity.
  • Manage staff and ensure their training.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational safety standards.
  • Draft reports.
  • Adjust machines and equipment, as required.
