Job description
These individuals monitor and operate machines and devices that mix, knead, prepare, and package various products (pharmaceutical, cleaning, toiletries, etc.).

Main tasks
- Monitor devices connected to processing equipment.
- Measure, weigh, and load ingredients into machines according to formulation cards (recipes).
- Start or stop, adjust, repair, and clean the equipment.
- Control reactions and product transfers according to applicable safety regulations.
- Take samples and perform routine chemical and physical tests on the products.
- Keep production data records.
- Operate processing equipment, as required.

- Experience leads to supervisory or control positions.
